Lo is a snare drum solo in two sections, both of which are performed live, that will serve as one of the solos utilized in The Saddest Noise, the Sweetest Sound to demilitarize the drum by rematerializing it, essentially transforming what we expect to hear and perceive by extending its sonic capacities utilizing ‘non-standard’ techniques. 

I created this video in Cinema 4D to serves as a rough, working prototype for the live sound/video processing I aim to develop as part of the New Works and Creative Residency at Harvestworks.
